Competency Framework

We have introduced a framework of competencies which apply to all employees. These competencies explain how employees need to perform their roles.

There is also a leadership competency framework available for grades 13 and above.

The competencies required for recruitment to individual jobs will be specified in the person specification you receive. You will need to demonstrate that you meet these competencies in the same way as the other criteria listed.
