As a council, we’ve come a long way and our hard work has been recently recognised with a number of prestigious national awards celebrating the very best achievements of people working in local government.
Accolades secured by our great teams include the award for Best Apprenticeship Programme at the Investors In People Awards 2021, recognition for our Future Work Design transformation project at the Local Government Chronicle Awards and numerous awards for the work we are doing to improve our city and neighbourhoods.
